Indonesian Chili Tomato Sauce
3 medium shallots, peeled and chopped
2 Tsp of dark soy sauce
2 Tsp water
1 Tsp lime juice
1 small hot red chili, sliced
1/2 tsp. sugar
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or in a blender and process until smooth. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days.
