This Week on
Americas Dining and Travel Guide
Sunday, May 4
Live on Business Talk Radio Network

My wife Jean and I had a very enjoyable cruise on Oceana's Regatta, sailing from Venice to Barcelona. The port selections were fabulous, my cooking demos and lectures were very well received, the broadcasts were flawless, and fellow passengers were very pleasant...all in all a great cruise!!

3 PM EST
Dana Jacobi, author of The Essential Best Foods Cookbook; a delightful book with full color photos. Delectable smart food that is rich in micronutrients, essential protein, fiber, the right carbohydrates and more. 3:30 PM EST
Cohost PJ Parmar will be joining me to discuss our recent travels--including my cruise in the Mediterranean and his domestic adventures. P.J. is the author of 101 Countries: Discovering the World Through Fast Travel. His website contains pictures from his travels, and his blog features tales from his recent jaunt across Central Asia.
